Job Description

As an Investment Banking Analyst, you will play a crucial role in supporting financial transactions, conducting market research, and analyzing financial data to inform decision-making processes. You will work alongside senior bankers and assist with modeling, due diligence, and client presentations.

Responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive financial models to evaluate investment opportunities.
• Lead various financial research initiatives to support transaction processes.
• Assist in transaction negotiations and documentation.
• Coordinate with clients and advisors to ensure smooth transaction execution.
• Present findings and recommendations to senior management.
• Maintain and update databases related to transactions and market intelligence.
• Support the training and mentoring of junior analysts.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company standards.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
• Master's degree preferred

Experience

• Minimum 3 years in investment banking or corporate finance
