Aerospace Analyst

Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented Aerospace Analyst to join our team in Pretoria. The ideal candidate will analyze data related to aircraft systems and performance to support the development of innovative aerospace projects.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and interpret performance data to inform design improvements.
• Work alongside project managers to ensure adherence to timelines and budgets.
• Conduct feasibility studies for new aerospace projects.
• Assist in the development of simulations to predict aircraft performance.
• Keep abreast of advancements in aerospace technology and apply them to current projects.
• Compile datasets for analysis to enhance predictive accuracy.
• Prepare presentations for technical stakeholders to communicate findings.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Aerospace Engineering or Mechanical Engineering
• A Master's degree is preferred but not mandatory

Experience

• 3+ years in a similar role with aerospace projects

• Surveys and Audits

Certifications

• Lean Six Sigma Certification
• Aerospace Quality Management Certification

Languages

• English: Fluent

• Knowledge of aircraft certification processes: Experience with the processes involved in aircraft certification and testing.
