Responsibilities

  • Supervise healthcare staff to ensure optimum performance and patient satisfaction.
  • Manage the scheduling of appointments and ensure efficient patient flow.
  • Collaborate with medical teams to create effective healthcare delivery systems.
  • Review and enhance administrative processes to align with patient needs.
  • Aid in financial planning and reporting, tracking costs and expenditures.
  • Ensure strong communication channels across departments.
  • Develop training programs to enhance staff skills and knowledge.
  • Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of healthcare trends and policies.
  • Contribute to strategic planning to support service growth.
  • Track and analyse patient care metrics for continuous improvement.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Health Management or related field
  • Master's degree in Healthcare or Business Administration is an added advantage
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in healthcare management
