Responsibilities

• Conduct risk assessments and recommend risk management solutions.
• Maintain accurate records of underwriting decisions and processes.
• Work with claims teams to facilitate efficient claims processing.
• Participate in training and professional development opportunities.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
• A higher degree in Insurance or Finance is an advantage

Experience

• At least 4 years of underwriting experience, with a focus on commercial insurance preferred

Certifications

• Fellow of the Insurance Institute of South Africa (FIISA)

Languages
