The right candidate will provide high-quality dental care, perform assessments, and develop treatment plans to promote oral health in patients of all ages. Responsibilities

• Carry out thorough evaluations of dental health and deliver diagnoses.
• Formulate and oversee treatment plans tailored to individual needs.
• Advocate for regular dental check-ups through patient education.
• Execute dental procedures effectively, minimizing patient discomfort.
• Coordinate with a diverse dental team to enhance service delivery.
• Maintain up-to-date patient records while ensuring patient confidentiality.
• Observe all health and safety guidelines to protect patients and staff.
• Pursue ongoing training in emerging dental technologies and methods.
• Facilitate referrals to specialized dental providers as required.
• Promote a supportive patient experience through effective communication.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Dentistry or equivalent qualification
• Specialization or relevant postgraduate qualification is advantageous

Experience

• 2+ years of relevant dental experience

Technical Skills

• Oral Surgery
• Radiography

• Time Management
• Teamwork

Certifications

• Sedation Dentistry Certification

Languages

• English: Fluent
• Sesotho: Basic
