Job Description

We are seeking an innovative Curriculum Developer to join our team in Stellenbosch. You will play a pivotal role in designing curricula that not only meet educational standards but also inspire students to achieve their potential. Responsibilities

  • Lead projects focused on curriculum innovation and enhancement.
  • Review and incorporate feedback from educators and administration.
  • Develop guidelines for curriculum implementation and assessment practices.
  • Participate in curriculum-related committees and strategic planning sessions.
  • Foster a community of practice among educators for sharing insights and effective practices.
  • Maintain documentation related to curriculum development processes and outcomes.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field
  • Master's in Educational Leadership or Curriculum Studies is advantageous
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in curriculum development or educational leadership roles
