UI/UX Designer

Job Description

Seeking a skilled UI/UX Designer to join our design team. Your key responsibilities will include performing user research, testing designs, and developing user interfaces. You must possess excellent communication skills to present design ideas and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. An understanding of front-end development languages (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) will be beneficial, but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Produce design specifications and documentation.
• Participate in design critiques and provide constructive feedback.
• Assist in the training and mentoring of junior designers.
• Utilize design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to create promotional materials.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Design or Computer Science is preferred.

Experience

• 2-4 years of experience in UX/UI design.
