Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Lacrosse Coach to lead our young athletes in enhancing their skills and performance on the field. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing training programs, conducting practices, and ensuring the well-being of all players while fostering a positive learning environment.

Responsibilities

• Inspire and motivate players to achieve their best.
• Conduct player assessments and provide feedback on performance.
• Coordinate training sessions and match schedules.
• Implement developmental programs for individual improvement.
• Maintain open communication with players and parents regarding progress.
• Ensure compliance with sport policies and safety regulations.
• Utilize technology for performance analysis and improvement.
• Participate in community outreach initiatives to promote Lacrosse.
• Mentor assistant coaches and help develop their skills.
• Build and maintain relationships with local Lacrosse organizations.

Advantageous

• Experience in developing strength and conditioning programs: Ability to implement fitness programs tailored for Lacrosse players.
• Bilingual in Afrikaans or other local languages: Ability to communicate effectively with a diverse team.
