Help Desk Analyst

We are in search of a proficient Help Desk Analyst to provide excellent technical support to our clients in Bloemfontein. The ideal candidate will have a knack for troubleshooting and resolving IT issues, both hardware and software-related. Responsibilities

• Respond to queries via phone, email, and chat platforms.
• Utilize ticketing system to manage and prioritize support requests.
• Identify and escalate unresolved issues to senior IT staff.
• Regularly review and update knowledge base with new information.
• Engage in ongoing learning of industry trends and new technologies.
• Support the development of user training materials.
• Collaborate in project teams to implement new tools and systems.

Requirements

Education

• Degree in Information Technology or related fields

Experience

• 3+ years of direct IT support experience

Technical Skills

• Linux Systems
• VMWare/Virtualization

Certifications

• Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals
• Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA)

Languages

• English: Fluent
