Quality Assurance Engineer

Job Description

We are on the lookout for a dedicated Quality Assurance Engineer with a passion for software testing and quality assurance. In this role, you'll work closely with our development team to design and execute tests that ensure our applications meet the highest standards of quality before they reach our clients.

Responsibilities

• Assess risk and develop testing strategies to mitigate it.
• Provide training and support to junior QA team members.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in quality assurance.
• Maintain documentation for all testing processes.
• Assist in the continuous improvement of QA practices through feedback.
• Review application designs and specifications to recommend improvements for quality.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or equivalent experience
• Master's degree is a plus

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in software testing or quality assurance

Technical Skills

• Test Automation Frameworks
• Performance Testing

Certifications

• Certified Software Tester (CST)
• Agile Testing Certification

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience in mobile application testing: Hands-on experience in testing mobile applications on various platforms.
