• Formulate and test hypotheses relevant to ongoing research.
• Participate in departmental meetings and contribute to strategic planning.
• Assist in developing research proposals for funding agencies.
• Engage with the academic community to enhance the institution's profile.
• Promote ethical research conduct within the team.

Requirements

Education

• Master's degree in a relevant field is preferred

Experience

• Minimum 2-4 years of research experience

Technical Skills

• Qualitative and Quantitative Research Skills
• Data Visualization Tools (e.g., Tableau)
