We are seeking a dedicated Project Manager to oversee the planning, implementation, and tracking of projects in Bloemfontein. The ideal candidate will have experience in project management methodologies, excellent leadership skills, and a talent for achieving results. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and manage stakeholder communications to ensure project success.

Responsibilities

• Direct and manage project development from beginning to end.
• Implement project management best practices and methodologies.
• Engage in continuous improvement of project processes.
• Conduct project evaluations and assessments to report on results.
• Manage project scope and set realistic goals.
• Prepare project documentation including plans, budgets, and schedules.
• Train and mentor junior project staff.

Requirements

Education

• Master's degree in Project Management or Business Administration is highly regarded
• PMP and Agile certifications are a plus

• 7+ years of experience in managing projects
