Job Description

We are seeking an IT Support Technician who will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support to our clients and employees in Cape Town. The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of IT systems, excellent problem-solving skills, and a knack for ensuring customer satisfaction. This role is integral to maintaining smooth IT operations and helping users with their technical issues.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to IT support requests via various channels.
  • Assist with the setup of new user accounts and profiles.
  • Help manage backups and recovery systems.
  • Collaborate with IT team to enhance service delivery.
  • Participate in IT projects and initiatives as assigned.
  • Provide feedback on product suggestions and support processes.

Requirements

Education
  • MCITP or other relevant certifications preferred
Experience
  • 3+ years of experience in an IT support role
