Responsibilities

  • Ensure the safe and effective use of medications in patient care.
  • Offer counseling to patients on health and wellness.
  • Assist in the management of chronic disease medication regimens.
  • Support problem-solving in medication therapy management.
  • Engage in community outreach programs to promote health initiatives.
  • Assist in the training and supervision of pharmacy interns.
  • Manage prescription refills and follow-up communications.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of pharmaceutical advancements.
  • Facilitate medication therapy reviews with patients.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or equivalent
  • Postgraduate study in Clinical Pharmacy is an advantage
Experience
  • 1+ years of pharmacy experience in retail or clinical settings
