Job Description

As a Retail Assistant Manager, you'll assist in overseeing daily operations while ensuring top-notch customer service. You will drive sales, manage staff, and maintain the store environment to align with our company standards. Responsibilities

  • Oversee retail operations with a focus on exceptional customer service and operational efficiency.
  • Lead, motivate, and develop a team of sales associates.
  • Analyze store performance and implement strategies to increase sales.
  • Address customer needs and provide timely solutions.
  • Manage inventory effectively and ensure optimal stock levels.
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports for management review.
  • Assist with the onboarding and training of new staff members.
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures for store operations.
  • Implement visual merchandising standards to enhance store appeal.
  • Participate in recruitment processes as needed.

Requirements

Education
  • Matriculation certificate or equivalent
  • Higher Certificate in Retail or Business Management is preferred
Experience
  • 3+ years of experience in retail management or leadership roles
