Job Description

We are looking for an IT Support Technician to provide top-notch technical support and maintenance for our systems and networks. The ideal candidate should be passionate about technology and customer service, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues efficiently.

Responsibilities

  • Troubleshoot technical problems and provide solutions.
  • Perform routine maintenance and upgrades on existing systems.
  • Ensure all IT assets are maintained and accounted for.
  • Respond to support tickets in a timely manner.
  • Assist team members with various IT-related tasks.
  • Collaborate with external vendors for hardware repairs.
  • Participate in on-call support as needed.

Requirements

Education
  • Recognized IT certification (CompTIA A+, etc.)
Experience
  • 1+ years of experience in a similar role
Technical Skills
  • Remote support tools proficiency
Soft Skills
  • Communication skills
Languages
  • English: Fluent

Advantageous

  • Knowledge of cloud services (AWS, Azure): Familiarity with cloud computing services and their management.
  • Experience with mobile device management (MDM): Experience in supporting and managing mobile devices within an organization.
