Job Description

We are looking for a reliable Industrial Engineering Technician to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining and repairing industrial equipment and machinery, while also developing preventative maintenance plans to ensure optimal efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Carry out routine maintenance checks on machinery and equipment.
• Work with team members to resolve production issues related to equipment.
• Assist in the installation of new machinery.
• Conduct safety audits and inspections on machinery.
• Continuously improve maintenance processes and techniques.

Requirements

Education

• Higher National Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering is preferred.

Experience

• 2+ years of relevant experience in the manufacturing or industrial sector.

Technical Skills

• PLC Programming
• Mechanical Design Software

• Communication Skills

Certifications

• IOSH Managing Safely

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience with robotic automation: Prior experience in working with robotic systems is advantageous.
• Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing Principles: Knowledge of Lean principles for process improvement and efficiency.
