Taxation Manager

Job Description

We are looking for a Taxation Manager to lead our taxation strategy and compliance efforts. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in tax law and have experience in managing tax teams effectively. You will play a critical role in optimizing our tax processes and ensuring compliance with local regulations.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with all local tax laws and regulations.
• Monitor and interpret changes in tax legislation for the organization.
• Advise management on tax strategies, risks, and opportunities.
• Review and improve internal tax processes for greater efficiency.
• Implement and manage tax planning initiatives.
• Conduct risk assessments to identify potential tax exposures.
• Coordinate with legal teams on tax-related issues.
• Assist in the preparation of financial statements with tax implications.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or equivalent
• Master's or other relevant tax certifications are a plus

Experience

• Minimum 5 years in a taxation role or financial consultancy
