Job Description

As a Surface Grinder at Manufacturing Solutions Ltd., you will operate and maintain state-of-the-art machinery to grind and smooth metal surfaces with precision. Your attention to detail and adherence to safety protocols will be key to ensuring quality output.

Responsibilities

• Set up and adjust surface grinding machines for different specifications.
• Monitor machine operations to detect malfunctions or out-of-tolerance machining.
• Inspect and measure parts to maintain specified tolerances and quality standards.
• Perform routine maintenance on machines, such as replacing coolant and oil.
• Complete required documentation, such as production logs and inspection reports.
• Comply with all safety policies and procedures.
• Train junior operators on best practices and safety protocols.

Requirements

Education

• National Certificate or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent

Experience

• At least 3 years of experience in operating and maintaining surface grinding machinery

Languages
