Job Description

We are looking for an Industrial Engineer to champion process improvement initiatives in our Durban office. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical background and experience in project management, with a passion for optimizing workflows and minimizing waste.

Responsibilities

• Conduct root cause analysis of operational issues.
• Develop cost-benefit analyses for proposed changes.
• Formulate and execute plans to achieve process goals.
• Assist in the integration of new technologies to enhance productivity.
• Communicate with stakeholders regarding project progress and outcomes.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or equivalent
• Master's degree in Engineering Management is preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in industrial engineering or related fields
