Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented Industrial Engineer to join our team in Johannesburg. The ideal candidate will apply scientific principles and engineering techniques to optimize processes, improve efficiency, and enhance quality within our operations. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and implement effective solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead process optimization projects from conception through execution.
• Conduct time and motion studies to identify improvements.
• Coordinate with QA to ensure compliance with industry standards.
• Assist in the development of project budgets and timelines.
• Implement quality control measures to minimize waste.
• Monitor supply chain activities to ensure efficiency.
• Facilitate workshops for continuous improvement initiatives.
• Engage with stakeholders to gather requirements and feedback.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or similar field
• Master's degree in relevant discipline is preferred

Experience

• 4+ years of relevant experience in industrial engineering
