We are seeking a Product Development Chemist to spearhead the formulation and enhancement of our chemical products. The successful candidate will engage in research and development, crafting innovative formulas while ensuring safety compliance.

Responsibilities

• Perform hands-on experiments to innovate and improve product offerings.
• Engage in troubleshooting and optimization of existing products.
• Foster relationships with external suppliers for ingredient sourcing.
• Keep abreast of regulations in the chemical industry to ensure compliance.
• Train and mentor junior chemists in best practices and laboratory techniques.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry or a relevant discipline.

Experience

• 3+ years in product development within the chemical industry.
