UX Designer

Job Description

Our fast-paced team is seeking a UX Designer to help lead our design initiatives. Your role will involve understanding user needs, designing engaging interfaces, and crafting prototypes. You will ensure that the design and development teams have a clear understanding of user requirements, guiding projects from concept to delivery.

Responsibilities

• Interface with clients to understand their design needs and objectives.
• Facilitate workshops for brainstorming and design ideation.
• Produce high-fidelity mockups for developers to implement.
• Monitor and analyze user interactions for ongoing improvement opportunities.
• Facilitate design critiques to gather collaborative feedback.
• Mentor junior designers in best practices and design processes.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Design, Interaction Design or a related field
• Qualification in User-Centered Design is a plus

Experience

• 3-5 years in UX design with proven portfolio

Technical Skills

• Sketch
• HTML/CSS

Soft Skills

• Collaboration
• Adaptability

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS: Understanding of front-end development to better communicate design specifications to developers.
• Experience with Sketch and Adobe XD: Familiar with various design tools for creating visually appealing designs.
