Join our Johannesburg team as a Quality Assurance Tester. In this role, you will be tasked with identifying bugs and ensuring the quality of our software solutions. Responsibilities

• Create detailed test plans and strategies aligned with project requirements.
• Ensure quality standards are met throughout the development lifecycle.
• Work with developers to understand changes and new features.
• Assist in designing and implementing automation scripts.
• Perform exploratory testing to identify potential issues.
• Mentor junior testers in best practices and testing techniques.
• Review acceptance criteria and validate functionality against user stories.
• Contribute to testing tool selection and process improvements.
• Document and track testing progress and results.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies to foster collaboration.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in quality assurance or software testing roles

Languages

Advantageous
