We are seeking a passionate Veterinarian to join our vibrant team in Durban. You will be responsible for diagnosing and treating a variety of animals while promoting animal welfare. Responsibilities

• Conduct medical evaluations and perform diagnostic tests.
• Create and implement surgical protocols and procedures.
• Provide emergency and critical care when required.
• Assist in training new veterinary staff and interns.
• Oversee the use of medical equipment and supplies.
• Build strong relationships with clients through effective communication.
• Advocate for animal welfare and promote responsible pet ownership.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Veterinary Science or equivalent
• Specialization in small animal practice is an advantage

Experience

• 3-5 years of experience required

Technical Skills

• Radiology
• Pharmacology

Certifications

• Certification in Veterinary Emergency and Critical Care
• Membership with local veterinary associations

• English: Fluent
• Zulu: Conversational
