Responsibilities

• Utilize software tools to aid in structural analysis and design.
• Engage in quality assurance reviews of design work.
• Participate in project planning and scheduling discussions.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices.
• Work with clients to understand project requirements and expectations.
• Assist in project budget preparation and monitoring.
• Prepare and submit permit applications.

Requirements

Education

• Master's degree in Structural Engineering or related field is preferred

Experience

• 7+ years of experience in structural engineering with a focus on large-scale projects

Technical Skills

• Revit
• Finite Element Analysis (FEA)

Soft Skills

• Leadership
• Problem-solving

Certifications

• LEED Accredited Professional (LEED AP)

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Knowledge of seismic design principles: Understanding of seismic design codes and best practices.
• Experience in managing client relationships: Strong client-facing skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
