Valuation Analyst

Job Description

We're looking for a detail-oriented Valuation Analyst to join our Sandton team. You will play a crucial role in conducting financial analysis and valuations to support our clients' decision-making processes. The successful candidate should possess strong analytical skills and keen attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Lead the valuation process for various asset classes, including real estate and businesses.
• Utilize valuation software and tools to generate accurate assessments.
• Assist in strategic planning by providing valuation insights on potential investments.
• Perform sensitivity analysis to assess risks in valuation models.
• Contribute to the development of best practices and valuation policies.
• Support the onboarding and training of new team members.
• Participate in client meetings to present findings and advise on valuation implications.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Economics
• Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA) preferred

Experience

• 4-6 years of experience in valuation or financial advisory roles

• CFA Certification

Languages
