Responsibilities

• Perform detailed analyses of workflow processes to boost efficiency.
• Work closely with engineering and management teams to ensure optimal processes.
• Develop strategies for reducing waste and improved resource utilization.
• Standardize work procedures and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Track production costs and implement cost-saving initiatives.
• Prepare reports and analyses for management and suggest improvements.
• Support cross-departmental collaboration to resolve production issues.
• Conduct regular audits of processes and systems to ensure quality control.
• Lead training sessions for staff on new processes and tools.
• Stay updated on industry trends and technological advancements.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field
• Master's degree preferred

Experience

• 3-5 years of experience in manufacturing or process engineering
