Job Description

As a Conservation Scientist, you will manage and analyze rangeland data, develop sustainable management plans, and collaborate with stakeholders. This role offers the opportunity to impact ecosystem sustainability while maximizing productivity.

Responsibilities

  • Lead research projects assessing rangeland health and biodiversity.
  • Develop management plans for rangeland ecosystems.
  • Monitor the impact of land use on rangeland sustainability.
  • Design conservation programs, including habitat management.
  • Work with communities to promote sustainable agricultural practices.
  • Provide technical support to government and partners on conservation issues.
  • Conduct training for local practitioners and community groups.

Requirements

Education
  • PhD in Range Science, Environmental Science, Ecology, or related field
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in rangeland management or related fields
