Seeking a skilled Insurance Underwriter with a passion for risk assessment and client relations. Responsibilities

• Evaluate risk factors for various insurance products including life, health, and property insurance.
• Develop and refine underwriting guidelines to improve efficiency and accuracy.
• Provide training and support to junior underwriters and support staff.
• Keep abreast of industry trends and regulatory changes that may impact underwriting decisions.
• Participate in team meetings to discuss strategy and improve overall underwriting processes.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Insurance or Finance
• Chartered Insurance Institute (CII) qualification preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in underwriting, specifically in life and health insurance
