Job Description

Join our team as an Engineering Technician and support key engineering initiatives. This role involves working collaboratively with engineers to troubleshoot issues and improve processes, thus enhancing our operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

  • Participate in project planning sessions and contribute ideas for efficiency.
  • Monitor project timelines and budgets, reporting discrepancies promptly.
  • Collaborate with other departments to facilitate project goals.
  • Train and mentor junior engineering staff as needed.
  • Assist in developing maintenance and troubleshooting plans.

Requirements

Education
  • National Diploma in Engineering or related field
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering preferred
Experience
  • 5 years' experience in engineering support roles
