Job Description

We are on the lookout for an experienced Environmental Consultant to join our Durban team. The successful candidate will provide expert advice on environmental management practices, compliance with regulations, and the implementation of sustainability initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead environmental impact studies and ensure timely project delivery.
• Interact with multidisciplinary teams to provide expert environmental guidance.
• Identify opportunities for environmental improvements and sustainability.
• Monitor and report on project progress and compliance with environmental standards.
• Facilitate workshops and training for stakeholders on environmental awareness.
• Review and assess third-party environmental assessments.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Environmental Studies or a related field

Experience

• 2+ years of experience in a similar role preferred

Certifications

• Certified Sustainability Professional (CSP)

Languages

• English: Fluent
