Warehouse Supervisor

Job Description

We are currently seeking a dedicated Warehouse Supervisor to oversee daily operations within our Port Elizabeth facility. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing staff, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and optimizing warehouse processes to achieve efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of the warehouse.
• Develop and maintain efficient work procedures.
• Ensure proper handling of merchandise and materials.
• Prepare and maintain accurate records of shipments and inventory.
• Liaise with suppliers and internal teams for inventory requirements.
• Provide leadership and motivation to the warehouse team.

Requirements

Education

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field is a plus.

Experience

• 3+ years of supervisory experience in a warehouse setting.

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Certification in Forklift Operation: Certification demonstrating safe operation of forklifts.
