• Lead meetings to communicate merchandising goals and results to stakeholders.
• Support the creative direction for advertising and marketing initiatives.
• Design and implement training programs focused on visual merchandising.
• Evaluate the performance of merchandising initiatives and optimize accordingly.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's in Business or Retail Management
• Further education in Merchandising is an advantage

Experience

• 7+ years experience in merchandising within retail
