Responsibilities

• Engage in detailed project documentation and reporting.

• Evaluate building materials and systems for cost-effectiveness and sustainability.
• Promote innovative solutions that reduce environmental impact.
• Conduct site visits to monitor progress and compliance with design specifications.
• Facilitate communication between multiple teams throughout the project lifecycle.
• Ensure all architectural designs align with client objectives and regulatory standards.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a design-related discipline
• Master's degree in Architechture preferred

Experience

• 4-6 years of extensive design experience
