We are in search of a skilled Architect to join our creative team in Cape Town. The ideal candidate will have a solid foundation in architectural design and a passion for creating innovative, environmentally conscious structures. This role demands creativity, technical expertise, and the ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to bring designs from concept to fruition.

Responsibilities

• Draft architectural blueprints and specifications using modern design software.
• Manage project budgets and timelines effectively.
• Collaborate closely with landscape architects and city planners for integrated designs.
• Analyze and incorporate client feedback to refine project direction.
• Research and stay updated on contemporary design trends and materials.
• Evaluate site conditions and constraints to craft functional designs.
• Prepare bid documents and project proposals for client approval.
• Establish strong relationships with clients and communities to ensure project support.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a design-related discipline
• Master's degree in Architechture preferred

Experience

• 4-6 years of extensive design experience
