Job Description

We seek a detail-oriented Investment Banker (Analyst) to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will perform in-depth financial analysis, contribute to the development of investment pitches, and collaborate with senior bankers on various transactions.

Responsibilities

• Conduct financial modelling and valuations for various investment opportunities.
• Analyze market trends and economic data to provide strategic insights.
• Support the execution of mergers and acquisitions transactions.
• Prepare presentations and pitch books for client meetings.
• Coordinate due diligence processes and assist in negotiations.
• Collaborate with senior bankers to develop client relationships.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or related field
• Master's degree or CFA certification preferred

Experience

• 2+ years of experience in investment banking or finance-related field
