Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead diverse projects in Cape Town. In this role, you will coordinate cross-functional teams and ensure that projects are executed on time and within budget while maintaining high-quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead project teams, mentor junior staff, and manage client expectations.
• Use project management software to track progress and issues.
• Compile project documentation and reports, ensuring compliance with standards.
• Facilitate meetings and discussions to gather inputs and feedback from stakeholders.
• Adapt project plans as necessary to accommodate changes and challenges.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in relevant field
• Master's degree is an advantage

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in project management

Certifications

• Certified ScrumMaster (CSM)
