We seek a talented Architect to join our team in Cape Town. You will work on diverse projects, collaborating with clients and leading a team to create innovative and functional spaces. Your role will be crucial in shaping urban landscapes through quality design.

Responsibilities

• Lead the architectural design process, from initial concept to project completion.
• Ensure compliance with local building codes and laws.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to integrate all elements of design.
• Evaluate financial aspects of projects including timelines and costs.
• Assist in obtaining necessary permits and approvals.
• Mentor junior architects and provide guidance.
• Engage in community outreach to gather input on projects.
• Utilize sustainable materials and methods in designs.
• Review and adjust designs based on client feedback and needs.
• Participate in design competitions and submit work for publication.
• Prepare and present detailed project reports.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
• Master's in Environmental Design is a plus

Experience

• 5+ years of relevant experience in architecture
