Job Description

As a Training and Development Manager, you will oversee the design and implementation of training programs that align with our strategic goals. Your role will involve assessing training needs, developing engaging content, and evaluating the impact of training initiatives on employee performance.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the design of targeted learning and development strategies.
  • Identify gaps in employee skills and knowledge.
  • Create and facilitate impactful training sessions for various departments.
  • Monitor and assess the effectiveness of training programs.
  • Maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders to improve program delivery.
  • Utilize data to measure training impact and report findings to management.
  • Implement best practices in training delivery and pedagogy.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the organization.
  • Manage vendor relationships related to external training services.
  • Advise on the latest trends and advancements in employee training.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field.
  • Master's degree is preferred.
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in training and development roles.
Technical Skills
  • Learning Management Systems (LMS)
