Job Description

We are on the lookout for a dedicated IT Support Technician to help manage and resolve technical issues. This role involves both hardware and software support with a strong emphasis on customer service. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in troubleshooting and resolving IT-related problems.

Responsibilities

• Help reduce technical issues reported by users through training.
• Maintain a high level of technical knowledge in order to assist with a variety of issues.
• Perform data backups and recovery tasks.
• Evaluate and recommend new technologies that may enhance productivity.
• Ensure compliance with IT policies and security protocols.
• Participate in IT projects as assigned.

Requirements

Education

• Diploma or Degree in Information Technology or related field

Experience

• 2+ years of experience in IT support or related field
