Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Data Scientist to join our dynamic team in Johannesburg. The successful candidate will be responsible for analyzing complex data sets and generating insights that support our business objectives. This role demands a deep understanding of data mining techniques and statistical analysis, as well as proficiency in programming languages such as Python and R.

Responsibilities

• Design experiments to test hypotheses and validate outcomes.
• Assist in developing new analytical approaches to enhance data quality.
• Collaborate with software developers to deploy data products.
• Monitor and maintain data pipelines and integrity.
• Assist in the development of business intelligence tools and reports.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field
• Master's degree is preferred

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in data analysis or data science
