Job Description

As an Investment Banking Analyst at Top Banking Group, you will be integral to our deal-making process. Your analytical skills will be put to the test as you prepare presentations and pitch materials, conduct due diligence, and assist in executing complex financial transactions.

Responsibilities

• Utilize Excel for complex financial modeling and analytics.
• Gather and synthesize data to inform strategic decision-making.
• Develop pitch books and market analysis reports.
• Coordinate with internal departments to align client strategies.
• Stay abreast of relevant legislative changes impacting the finance sector.
• Mentor junior analysts as required in the team.
• Present findings to senior management and stakeholders.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or Economics
• An MBA degree is advantageous

• 3-5 years of relevant experience
