The successful candidate will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing solar systems in residential and commercial properties. Responsibilities

• Install and oversee the setup of solar power systems in residential and commercial settings.
• Conduct comprehensive system checks and diagnostics to ensure optimal function.
• Identify and resolve electrical issues within solar systems promptly.
• Maintain rigorous adherence to safety protocols and regulations.
• Collaborate with project managers to deliver projects on schedule and within budget.
• Provide training and support to junior electricians and staff.
• Document all maintenance and repair activities.
• Engage in continuous learning of solar technologies and electrical standards.
• Enhance customer satisfaction through effective communication and service.

Requirements

Education

• Certification in Electrical Engineering or equivalent
• Solar PV Installation Certification is advantageous

Experience

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in electrical installation and maintenance, with a focus on solar systems.
