Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain design systems and style guides.
• Perform competitive analysis to identify design opportunities.
• Mentor junior designers and provide constructive feedback.
• Work on multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
• Collaborate with marketing on branding and promotional materials.
• Present design concepts and rationales to stakeholders.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Design or Human-Computer Interaction preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in UI/UX design

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous
