Responsibilities

• Provide first-line technical support to users and troubleshooting IT issues.
• Assist in the setup and configuration of computer systems and networks.
• Perform regular system maintenance and software updates.
• Document and track support requests using a ticketing system.
• Respond to queries via phone, email, and in-person.
• Assist with hardware installations and repairs.
• Evaluate and recommend improvements to existing IT processes.
• Train staff on the effective use of IT resources.
• Ensure compliance with IT security protocols.
• Maintain inventory of IT assets and supplies.

Requirements

Education

• Diploma in Information Technology or related field
• Degree in Computer Science is advantageous

Experience

• 2+ years of experience in an IT support role
