Responsibilities

• Oversee the entire supply chain process from procurement through to delivery.
• Work with cross-functional teams to coordinate supply chain activities.
• Implement cost-reduction strategies and improve overall efficiency.
• Conduct regular inventory audits to ensure accuracy.
• Establish and optimize supplier performance metrics.
• Engage in supplier negotiations to secure the best terms.
• Train and mentor junior staff on supply chain best practices.
• Report supply chain metrics to upper management on a regular basis.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or related field
• Master's degree is a plus

Experience

• 3-5 years of experience in supply chain management or logistics.
