Job Description

We are seeking a proactive Dean of Students to oversee all student affairs and enhance the overall student experience in our Durban campus. The ideal candidate will have a progressive approach to student leadership and development.

Responsibilities

• Lead student affairs to create a thriving campus environment.
• Ensure compliance with university policies and regulations.
• Design and implement orientation programs for new students.
• Foster a supportive environment that enhances student retention.
• Supervise student clubs and organizations, encouraging involvement.
• Conduct assessments to measure effectiveness of student services.
• Maintain and develop partnerships with community organizations for student outreach.

Requirements

Education

• Master's in Higher Education or a related field
• Doctorate or relevant certifications are an asset

Experience

• 10+ years of progressive experience in educational leadership

Languages

• English: Fluent
