Job Description

We are excited to announce an opening for a Mergers and Acquisitions Analyst. This role will involve conducting detailed financial analysis, assessing potential investment opportunities, and developing strategic recommendations to guide our corporate finance activities.

Responsibilities

  • Evaluate financial statements and business performance metrics of target companies.
  • Create comprehensive presentations for executive management and board review.
  • Work with external consultants and financial advisors to assess deal structures.
  • Research industry trends and competitive landscapes to inform M&A strategies.
  • Support negotiations by providing relevant financial insights and risk assessments.
  • Enhance existing financial models and develop new analytics tools.
  • Assist in preparing regulatory filings and compliance documents as needed.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Economics or Financial Management
  • Master's degree is preferred
Experience
  • 3-5 years in mergers and acquisitions or corporate finance.
