Job Description

We are seeking dedicated Farmworkers and Laborers to join our team at Agricultural Solutions Pty Ltd. The successful candidates will assist in various agricultural tasks including planting, maintaining, and harvesting crops, as well as providing support in nursery and greenhouse operations.

Responsibilities

• Work collaboratively with the agricultural operations team to meet seasonal demands.
• Assist in nursery propagation and plant care.
• Monitor crop health and report any issues.
• Aid in greenhouse maintenance and equipment checks.
• Implement sustainable farming practices as trained.

Requirements

Education

• Higher Certificate in Agriculture or related fields

Experience

• Experience in nursery management or greenhouse operations is a plus

Technical Skills

• Experience with agricultural software
• Mechanical skills

Soft Skills

• Adaptability
• Problem-solving

Certifications

• Forklift Certification (advantageous)
• Safety Training Certification

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience in Aerial Application: Hands-on experience in assisting with aerial crop treatments.
• Background in Horticulture or Agronomy: Educational background that complements the hands-on work in agriculture.
