Job Description

We are searching for skilled Elevator and Escalator Installers and Repairers to join our dynamic team in Johannesburg. The ideal candidates will have hands-on experience with installation, troubleshooting, and maintenance of elevators and escalators, ensuring safety and compliance with industry standards.

Responsibilities

  • Install new elevator and escalator components and systems.
  • Perform routine maintenance checks and emergency repairs.
  • Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition.
  • Utilize diagnostic tools to identify malfunctions.
  • Communicate effectively with clients to address concerns.
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients.
  • Prepare reports on maintenance activities and repairs.

Requirements

Education
  • Certification in Elevator & Escalator Technology
  • Trade Diploma in Electrical Engineering is advantageous
Experience
  • 2-4 years of experience in a similar role

  • Hydraulic systems knowledge
